Glisco Kitchens is a hygiene-first, system-driven multi-brand cloud kitchen and catering company — Farm to Fork, Chef Lead, built on discipline, not shortcuts.
Each brand is a distinct identity, purpose-built for a specific audience — united by one non-negotiable: zero compromises on quality. Farm to Fork. Chef Lead. Always. Every one of them runs out of the same kitchens, to the same standard, under one partner.
The queen of the modern Indian kitchen. Every dish starts with a fresh tadka — no frozen gravies, no shortcuts. Traditional recipes reimagined for the modern palate, executed daily by a Chef Lead team.
Global meal platters built for the generation that cares where their food comes from. Quality that doesn't compromise on taste or traceability.
Morning rituals deserve more than mediocrity. Proper Indian breakfast without the hassle, built for a generation always on the move.
Smash patties pressed fresh daily, never frozen, never pre-formed. Zero frozen junk. Unapologetic, honest flavours.
Hand-rolled dough. Real fillings. Blazing tandoor. Stuffed kulchas done properly.
Comfort bowls, soups, dim sums, noodles and rich aromatic curries. Modern Asian food built from the beginning for delivery — packed to arrive the way it left.
Handcrafted. Small batch. Gone far too quickly. A bakery built on exceptional ingredients, time-honoured technique and relentless attention to detail.
Curated events and luxury private dining. Chef-driven kitchens, seasonal ingredients, polished service.
Glisco is a multi-brand kitchen. Indian, global, breakfast, bakery, Asian — all of it comes out of the same building. So the identity cannot belong to any one cuisine, and it should never read as “Indian restaurant”.
What it needs to carry instead is food, movement, systems, origin and variety. The wave does all five at once.
Look at it quickly and it is flowing hills, or water. Look at it properly and it is the Indian landscape — the Himalayas falling into hills, hills into rivers, rivers into plains, plains into coastline. India is geographically extraordinary, and Indian textile traditions have always taken their visual language from the land around them. We are doing the same thing, for the same reason.
Not decoration. A map of where the food comes from — mountain to coast, in one continuous line.
Every line runs in parallel and none of them collide. That is the kitchen, drawn.
It works in one colour, at any size, on butter paper, a cutlery pouch, a box or a screen — which is exactly where our food ends up.
Franchise partner, event organiser, landlord, or talent — let's talk.
